Founded in 2015 by designer István Józsa, the YOZA brand specializes in the design and production of high-quality furniture, lighting, and home accessories. YOZA creations are characterized by a unique structural aesthetic, rooted in a deep, empirical understanding of the physical properties of materials and the processes used to shape them. Many of YOZA products are customizable: with a range of color, material, and size options, they can harmoniously fit into characterful existing interiors, while also integrating effortlessly into new ones.

ABOUT THE EXHIBITED OBJECTS

GRAVITY Regular shelf system (2025)

The character of the GRAVITY Regular shelf system is defined by the distinctive rhythm of shelf panels offset by 30 mm from each other. The height of the rows and the width of the columns in this modular shelving system are determined by the dimensions of the shelves used. The stability of the GRAVITY shelving system is ensured by extremely rigid metal connectors that link the shelf panels in a network-like structure. This results in a high-load-bearing, open system that can be placed either against a wall or used as a room divider.

GRAVITY Italic shelf system (2024)

In the GRAVITY Italic shelving system, the tilted loading surface and the perpendicular supporting sidewall provide a stable and secure place for books, allowing them to stand neatly on the shelf without the need for bookends. The stability of the GRAVITY shelving system is ensured by extremely rigid metal connectors that link the shelf panels in a network-like structure. This results in a high-load-bearing, open system that can be placed either against a wall or used as a room divider.
