The designer is interested in how to put everyday objects in a context where the viewer is surprised and thus looks at the objects in a different way. It forces you to be PRESENT. The kind of attention that allows us to experience life around us in a sharper, more perceptive way.

ABOUT THE EXHIBITED OBJECT
Domestic landscape (2025)
The object titled; “Domestic landscape” is a still life fragment. The objects of the everyday were made out of colourless transparent glass, so that the light dissolves the outlines and reveals the rock-like depressions and protrusions that evoke the landscape. The everydayness of the concrete material suits the simplicity of the objects, which is why it was used as a base. This piece is part of a series the designer is currently working on.
