ABOUT THE EXHIBITED OBJECT

UJI (2024)

UJI is an experimental side table exploring the structural and visual potential of joints. A central 3D-printed connector precisely unites multiple wooden elements, acting as both a functional and aesthetic focal point. The transparent plexiglass top highlights this junction. Inspired by the structure of split bamboo, UJI is designed for contemporary interiors that value detail, craftsmanship, and material honesty.
