Tamás Boldizsár

The Maniko brand was conceived by Lili Pammer-Zagroczky, a project manager and online communications specialist, and her husband, Tamás Boldizsár, a product and spatial designer. They share their home with two rescued dogs and noticed that there wasn’t a comfortable dog house on the market whose aesthetics matched their home furniture and interior design solutions. They wanted something that didn’t scream ‘made for pets’ and also fulfilled the functions of classic furniture. This led to the creation of Maniko furniture, which is lovable, unique, and aesthetically pleasing.

About the object

Maniko nightstand/pet bed

The Maniko nightsand is built from powder-coated steel sheet modules. Wooden legs with non-slip feet can be attached to these. The furniture serves as a bed for small dogs and cats. Smaller items (phone, headphones, book, etc.) can be placed in the opening part of the top sheet. The inner part can accommodate a washable cover bed. Without the bed, the furniture is suitable for storing books and magazines. The sheet modules can be ordered in various colors, allowing the creation of a colorful, vibrant piece of furniture.
