Rékasy and son

Rékasy and son are goldsmiths and industrial artists who make their objects from copper and other durable materials. They mostly deal with the reconstruction of lamps from churches and castles, but they also like to venture into the world of design objects.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Bálint Rékasy was born into a family of artists, where he inherited both the love for silversmithing and its craftsmanship from his father. He studied the art of metalwork in formal education from 1985 to 1997. He enjoys combining metal with other materials, as well as incorporating new and modern technologies into his creations.

The designer aims to increase the value of houses and apartments with their unique door handles, express the individuality of the people living there, and contribute to their good mood.
