ABOUT THE EXHIBITED OBJECT
HILO Collection (2022)
The HILO crystal vase collection was created by combining traditional glassblowing with industrial personalization techniques. The slight variations caused by the wear of the wooden molds used in glassblowing are not flaws but distinctive aesthetic features, making each piece unique. The design is composed of cylindrical and truncated cone elements, allowing for efficient material use and partial customization. The recyclable glass and extended production cycle, rooted in the collection’s conceptual background, ensure sustainability. In 2023, the collection was awarded the BIG SEE Award.
ICE Collection (2025)
The first two pieces of the ICE collection are a result of an experimental experiment in forming, and the first two versions of a series in which the artist deconstructed precisely prepared clay cylinders. Negatives of the deconstructed sculptures were made in a very limited number of pieces, completely unique. The objects are both dynamic and lyrical, reflecting in their finality the rapid and fresh process that gives form.
