Dóra Molnár
Dóra Molnár is a recent graduate of the Industrial Product and Design Engineering Bachelor’s program at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work on various design projects, both individually and in teams. One notable project is the permanent display concept she designed for Pick Szeged Zrt., where she collaborated with the company’s employees. This design was awarded first place in its category at the POPAI Student Design Awards.
Since 2022, she has been working at the Fészek Részek Project, and as of April this year, she holds a full-time designer position. A key focus of her design approach is environmental sustainability, supported by her colleague and mentor, László Bergovecz. In addition to designing custom-made items, she also works on personal projects, such as the ‘branch-5’ entryway furniture, which was showcased at the Construma exhibition this year with the help of Fabunio, the ‘planato’ plant stand, and a furniture collection aimed at assisting with morning routines. Her design goal is to create practical solutions that benefit people while prioritizing environmental sustainability.

‘Ginza’ multifunctional stool / side table
The ‘Ginza’ multifunctional stool can be used not only as a reliable seating device but also as a side table or a nightstand. The lower shelf can accommodate books and boxes, while smaller items can be stored on the shelf above it.
The product was created within the ‘Fészek Részek Projekt’, keeping the company’s core values in mind — thus, the item is flat-pack, easy to assemble or disassemble. This piece is also designed to minimize waste during production.
