This year, in a special arrangement, designers and manufacturers of the 360 Design Budapest (360DBP) exhibition are presenting at Ajándék Terminál (Gift Terminal), one of the country’s largest Christmas pop-up design and crafts fairs. In addition, thanks to the collaboration between the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) and Hybridart Management, the organiser of Ajándék Terminál, visitors can not only admire the creations and products by more than 30 exhibitors between 29 November and 24 December but also take them home. The initiative can not only strengthen the visibility of domestic material culture but also contribute to increasing year-end sales volumes for the participating businesses.
We are providing an exciting platform for the designers and creative industry manufacturers of this year’s 360 Design Budapest during the Advent season. The design masterpieces presented at the exhibition will be able to leave the curated exhibition space and be presented to the wide audience of one of the Christmas season’s most prominent pop-up markets, Ajándék Terminál. Organised by Hybridart Management, the fine and applied arts fair located in the ALLEE Shopping Centre has been drawing attention to the work of Hungarian creators in the lead-up to Christmas since 2017. This year’s fair, held on nearly 1,000 square metres, has been welcoming visitors since 24 November, and from 29 November onwards, they can discover the works of the 360DBP exhibitors across a 200-square-metre area.
The pop-up fair offers visitors an exceptional opportunity to experience the versatility of contemporary Hungarian design in a tangible way. Among the 360DBP exhibitors, the very best of the Hungarian creative sector is represented — from ceramic and glass designers to textile artists, as well as furniture, lighting, and product designers. Alongside functional design pieces (small furniture prototypes, console tables, shelving systems), the selection also includes handcrafted ceramics, blown glass objects, and unique vases. In addition, a range of limited-edition, holiday-inspired home accessories — such as handwoven cushions and small design items — is also available, helping support the market presence of high-quality creations by Hungarian designers.
Thanks to the initiative of Hybridart Management and the HFDA (which will continue its operations under the name Creative Hungary from 1 December), the 360DBP exhibitors can introduce contemporary Hungarian object culture to a broader audience than ever before. At the same time, visitors to the Advent fair can encounter design products in a new way — in an accessible, everyday form, by holding and touching the pieces for themselves. As a result of the collaboration, visitors will have the opportunity to do so at the Allee Shopping Centre (1117 Budapest, Október huszonharmadika u. 8–10., 1st floor) until 24 December, Monday to Saturday from 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM and on Sundays from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

From 1 December, the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (HFDA) will continue its operations under the name Creative Hungary Nonprofit Zrt. (CH). Since the 2018 foundation, we have been working on the strategic development of the fashion and design sectors through professional coordination, strengthening the accessibility and export capacity of domestic products, and improving the manufacturing and educational background. Since the beginning of 2025, our activities have extended not only to the fashion and textile industry and to furniture manufacturing and product design, but also to offline and online game design and the beauty and personal care industries. To ensure the effective implementation of our expanded scope of responsibilities, we are already expanding our ongoing projects and launching new programmes related to the newly integrated industry areas.
