About the object
The periphery of the design (Diploma thesis 2023)
In his work, he decided to leverage his long-standing interest in subcultures and their expressions, particularly punk and graffiti. He is fascinated by abandoned places and objects outside the center of interest, which possess an authentic character and unique stories. Using an authorial technique of gluing with a specially designed tool, he combines and reinterprets found objects into improvised creations “on-site,” striving to highlight their specific poetics, which can be inspirational for contemporary design. Two collections emerged: one in public space and the other from waste found in the studio.
